Stainless steel is extremely weather proof. However, tarnishing can occur in the form of flash rust. This can be removed by using a stainless steel cleaner . Regular cleaning with soapy water can help to protect the surface of the stainless steel and thus minimize the ef-fects of chlorine etc. It is also advisable to wipe the frame with acid-free oil at least twice yearly to minimize tarnishing. Normally we use #304 grade for outdoor furniture, it’s not suggested to put under sea weather.
